Established in New Zealand in 2008 and expanding into Australia in 2017, we provide local support backed by a globally recognised flooring technology leader. We work closely with architects, specifiers, contractors and flooring professionals to deliver reliable system solutions and practical technical support throughout every stage of a project. Our approach is built on long-term relationships, technical expertise and a commitment to helping our customers achieve successful project outcomes. Whether supporting a complex commercial specification or assisting with on-site installation, our goal is to provide confidence through proven products, trusted advice and responsive local support.

Quality of our Products
Since 1994 the Uzin Utz SE was one of the front runners in the flooring industry to introduce an ISO-certified quality assurance management system. Before a new product is launched at UZIN, a carful inspection of raw materials and across the entire value chain including the final product will be carefully evaluated against functionality and user friendliness. Once the new product has been launched into the market, quality assurance hasn’t finished but is provided by valuable information from the local installer and UZIN representative and once areas of improvement have been identified these changes are implemented at head office.

UZIN and UZIN UTZ: A Shared History
As the name suggests, the UZIN brand was the namesake of Uzin Utz SE. After the founding of Georg Utz GmbH & Co. KG in 1911, the UZIN brand was registered with the Munich Patent Office in 1948.
In 1997, the company was transformed into the publicly traded UZIN UTZ Aktiengesellschaft. Today, Uzin Utz SE encompasses the UZIN brand along with five other flooring brands
